Are we allowed to laugh at bogans? I only do it because otherwise I’d cry. They rule the world, or at least Australia.
Things Bogans Like #69 was Megachurches. Besides wickedly lampooning people with too much money and too little education, the site offers some astute commentary and critique on our consumerist world.

Great to hear from you Dave. I don’t know if you have an equivalent in the US. ‘Trailer trash’ seems just about as much about poverty as culture. It’s not as simple, either, as equating your republican voting lower-middle class/ working class with bogans; bogans are just as likely to vote Labor over here (nominally left) as Liberal (ie conservative!). Boganism: a unique Australian phenomenon.
